Maryland Bounce Safety Guidelines:

These are recommendations based on average height and weight.
Please use your best judgement:

• The following Safety Rules are strictly enforced. Always operate under adult supervision.
• Extra caution and supervision are required for children 3 and under.
• Individuals with head, neck, back or other muscular-skeletal injuries, pregnant women,
  infants and others who may be suseptible to injury from bouncing are not permitted
  in the bounce at any time.
• No flips or horseplay.
• Remove shoes, glasses and jewelry.
• Food and drink are not permitted in unit.
• No sharp objects allowed in unit.
• Stay off netting at all times.
• No person over 150 pounds allowed in unit at any time.
• No pets/animals allowed in or in close proximity to unit.
• Separate groups of children according to size and age.
• No silly string allowed in or around unit. Silly string touching the unit will cause irreparable damage and you will be held liable.
• No one permitted in the moonbounce while it is being inflated or deflated.
• In case of rain, lightning and/or heavy winds, have children exit moonbounce and turn off blower.
• In case of accidental power outage, have children exit moonbounce, then disconnect power.
• Persons not following the safety rules should be excused from the moonwalk immediately.

Maryland Bounce Home Party Requirements:

• The moonbounce can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, dirt, or any
  relatively flat surface.
• You must have at least 2 feet of space around the perimeter of the unit. The entrance
  should face an open area.
• The unit must be set up within 100 feet of an electrical outlet.
• We will not set up the unit within 100 feet of a swimming pool.
• Yard must be free from large holes, rocks, and pet/animal poo poo.

Maryland Bounce Policies and Procedures:

Delivery:
• We provide free delivery from our warehouse, located in Laurel, Maryland, up to 15 miles away.
• Additional miles are charged at $1.00 per mile.
• Mileage is based on mapquest output. Any tolls paid to get to delivery site and back to warehouse will also be charged.
  Pick up:
• All units will be picked up within one hour of the end of event, unless other arrangements have been made.
  Deposits:
• A $100.00 deposit is required at the time the order is placed.
• Cash, check, Visa or Mastercard. This deposit is refundable if cancellation is made 30 days prior the date of the event or in the case of inclement weather. All refunds are by mailed company check. Failure to sign the liability waiver or safety acknowledgment form will result in a forfeit of your deposit.
  Sales Tax:
• Applicable sales tax will be added to all sales unless a tax exempt form is completed and received before the day of the event.
• All late tax exempt forms will be honored by a mailed check.
